Oracle Communications Application Management Pack is a plug-in for Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control that enables you to install, configure, patch, and monitor Oracle Communications applications and solutions from a centralized, web-based console. You can use AMP to monitor your business support systems (such as BRM), your operations support systems (such as OSM), and your integrated communications solutions (such as Oracle AIA for Communications).
